David Azanow/ President :As the chief operating officer of massreo.com, David oversees the company's day-to-day operations including sales, management, industry relations, data products and business strategy. Recently, he was named by National Mortgage News as one of 100 leading informational operators in the mortgage industry.

Prior to joining massreo.com, Azanow was a commercial lending specialist with First Service Bank. He also  spent more than a decade with lending management at Wells Fargo Credit Corporation,  where he was responsible for a substantial portfolio of commercial and residential projects throughout the Greater Boston area.  A current advisor to leading financial institutions and development entities, he emphasized strategy and performance improvement, particularly in marketing, in his client work. Azanow is a graduate of Boston University.

Robert Emrick/ Vice President, Marketing : Bob oversees the real estate marketing for the firm, including online and offline advertising, product research, acquisition and retention strategies, and PR. He is also responsible for massreo.com’s business development initiatives to create relationships with strategic partners and oversees management relationships.

Bob joined massreo.com in 2006 from Homestore.com, operator of one of the nation’s largest real estate Web sites. At Homestore he was responsible for consumer marketing and product development. Bob spent considerable time with Wells Fargo Credit Corporation in commercial lending and development. Bob has been involved in the real estate and mortgage industry for over two decades. Emrick received a BA in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Colorado.

Chris Cullen / Vice President, Real Estate Sales : Chris is responsible for strategy and pricing management activities to the consumer and to the trade, and has a major role in operations of several product lines.

Chris joined massreo.com in 2005 from United Development where he was Vice President of Marketing and Strategic Development. Prior to United, Chris was Director of Sales, Marketing and Strategic Planning for the a substantial Los Angeles development firm. Chris received his B.S. in Economics from George Washington University.

Russell Hogan / Vice President, Real Estate Operations: Russell is a twenty year veteran of the real estate brokerage industry. Russell has spent many years as a manufactured housing representative. Russell is intimately familiar with the permitting process in new home construction. Russell currently lives in Norton, Massachusetts and services the Bristol and Plymouth County areas for massreo.com.
